Accounting Students Engage in Practical Learning at MITSUBA Vietnam Co., Ltd.

In an effort to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, on the afternoon of May 14, 2025, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Lac Hong University organized a field trip and experiential learning session for students of Class 24KT112 – Accounting major – at MITSUBA Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Long Binh Industrial Zone (Loteco), Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

The visit was attended by 36 students, accompanied by lecturers and staff from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting. During the program, company representatives introduced the organizational structure and production processes, while also sharing valuable insights regarding career opportunities in accounting and finance within a foreign-invested manufacturing enterprise.

Of particular note, the interactive session was conducted in an open and friendly atmosphere. Students actively raised questions concerning the real-world operations of the accounting department, essential skills required to meet job demands in FDI enterprises, and potential internship and employment opportunities at the company after graduation. The company's representatives responded enthusiastically, providing practical advice and sharing professional experiences that offered students clearer guidance and greater motivation for their future careers.

On behalf of the Faculty, a commemorative gift was presented along with heartfelt appreciation extended to the management team of MITSUBA Vietnam Co., Ltd. for their warm welcome, dedicated support, and for facilitating such a valuable opportunity for students to experience a professional working environment firsthand.

The Faculty of Finance and Accounting hopes to maintain and strengthen its collaboration with the company in future initiatives, thereby enhancing the quality of academic training and expanding career development pathways for students.
