- Executive Committees of the University Student Association, Faculty-level Student Associations, and affiliated Student Association branches;

- Youth Union members attending the Party membership candidate class in previous years and those registered for the 2025 class;

- Faculty, staff, Youth Union members, and students who are interested.

Dress code: Formal, Youth Union officers are required to wear the Youth Union uniform
